Whom Do We Serve?

Any adult Delaware or Morrow County resident who has a mental illness is welcome to come to our Centers or to call us about our services. We also welcome family, friends, or caregivers who are seeking education or support services regarding a loved one's mental illness. Services are provided regardless of race, color, creed, sexual orientation or national origin. Unfortunately, at the Annie's site, some of our building is not accessible to people with physical disabilities. For the safety of those using the facility, we ask that motorized scooters be left outside. We will provide a regular wheelchair for your use while at No Limits upon request, however, Annie's does not have a wheelchair available. Motorized scooters can be accommodated at No Limits.
