Welcome to Safe Harbor Peer Support Services!
 
Annie's Outreach & No Limits provide various consumer-operated services for adults living with mental illness, as well as their family members and caregivers. We offer support groups, educational classes, socialization activities, and much more for the people we serve in the Delaware and Morrow County communities. No Limits in Morrow County also offers a Food Pantry and a Clothing Closet, which are available for those who qualify.
 
 
What We Believe
We believe that people with mental illness are entitled to the following rights:
  • To be treated with respect and dignity
  • To have our thoughts, opinions, and wishes heard
  • To direct our own personal growth and recovery
  • To be the leader of our recovery team
  • To be given reasonable accommodation because of our challenges in order to be able to live our lives with dignity and self direction
  • To be able to determine our own quality of life
